Google Chrome out of Beta

Version 1.0 is now available for download.

You can force an update using the "Tools" icon at the upper right in the browser chrome (Tools->About Google Chrome->Check for Updates).

Meh, its basically the same - they've just removed the 'beta' so they can try to get it included with manufacturers releases.
