After installing Macromedia 8 we noticed it installs a Flash paper printer which can be used to output most douments into .swf files which is very handy.
But i've noticed that some users have now got around 6 of these printers installed (copy1, copy2, copy3 etc) I cant understand why this printers keep appearing like this.
Any ideas?

We had a PC that stopped playing Flash images and insisted that the active x control be downloaded. Funnily enough it was the Flash 8 version. It took quite a bit of fiddling and rebooting etc to sort it out. Didn't think any more of it till your 2 posts. Maybe there is a problem within version 8.

I've noticed the same. I assumed it was something to do with roaming profiles

I think it's to do with each user that logs on to the machine, Flash sets up a printer for that user but leaves it on the computer, so as another user logs on another printer gets added.
I've been using the printer script that someone here provided that helps by getting rid of all connected printers and setting the ones up that are needed on logon.
