Default Wordshark + Numbershark

I love this software.

I have just been 'testing' a new installation and it really took me back to the days of buying 'Your Sinclair' and spending hours entering the program code supplied within so my brother and I could spend the rest of the day shooting at each other with blocky looking tanks making 'beep' 'boop' 'beboop' sounds!

If anyone with Numbershark 4 has a few minutes spare, have a crack at the game where you have to collect money in the back before the robber gets it, its ace. (And quite tricky )

Don't tempt me either - it is used for the SEN children here, and they love it!

Just goes to show how much we know about user interface design and "window dressing" vs gameplay. Wordshark/Numbershark are bits of software that you take one look at as a computing professional and go "No! It should have better user interface design! Less garish colour schemes! Less blocky graphics! It should just be... better!", but the actual people who use it seem to absolutely love it and get a lot from it.

We have it here (vsn 3). Having just bought the SEN department new computers I have spent AGES trying to get the software to run!

It is not particularly one of my favourites at the minute.
