Default Intel play digital movie creator

Some help please, I've installed Intel play digital movie creator on a machine in our ict suite, the problem is that when you launch the program as a domain user you get the following message "the application could not find the necessary startup files. please re-install the application. access is denied" It runs fine when logged on with an admin account, I thaught it might have been security issue so I gave all users full control in the application properties but still nothing. Any ideas please.

Not familiar with the program, but we have a "Network Programs" (virtual) network drive that we install some programs that won't work as a "standard" install to because non-Admin users need access to files it stores on the "C" drive. (Obviously the Netprogs drive has lower access restrictions than the rest of the system).
