Recommendations -- KS1 Encyclopedia software

I have been asked if there are any good websites/software (free or otherwise) that people have found usefull for KS1 children.

We've found Espresso Education - Spend your e-Learning Credits on the best educational broadband content very good but it is not cheap.

The other software we have used a lot is by 2 simple 2Simple Software - Making simple, powerful & creative educational software (they will give you a 30 day trial if you want to check it out first) 2 create a story and infant video toolkit seem to be popular

comic life is great as well we even have one teacher who uses it to write lesson plans plasq.com - Comic Life for Windows
