Deployed Promethean software via GPO but only works logged onto network?

I have purchased the deployable Promethean software disc. I foll wed the instructions to get the deploy-able MSI ready and also created a transform file. The software and driver deploy with out any problem............

BUT the software will only work while plugged into the network. If the user wants to create resources or use the software at home then the software will not load and comes up with an error "cannot find application path"


I have i installed this incorrectly or not configured the transform file right? Should the software work away from the network?

Seeing as you've paid money for the software have you tried contacting their technical support? It sounds to me as if the software installs basic functions and looks to the central install directory as and when it needs.

If you run the file manually, does it allow a Minimum and Full install (for example)?
