Hey guys

anyone else trying to get this OCR Asset languages Computer based GCSE exams working? I'm getting no end of problems and their support is about as helpful as an acidic tissue! we've got all the bits installed, we've set it up exactly as it says in the instructions, we've a master and all the clients set to it, yet whenever we try to run an exam, we get to the bit where students login, then it comes up with "an error has occurred" We've had this for ages, I've been trying to get some help from their support but just keep getting told they are "looking into it" and with the exams about 2 weeks away now, really need to get it working!
