19th May 2008, 08:51 PM #2 I don't know of one available but one of my technicians here is currently putting something together in .asp.
Teachers select an experiment from a pre populated database and all equipment is put on a "shopping list" so the science department can setup exactly the right equipment that is required. This will ensure that any equipment can't be blocked book.
He's only been working on it for a week, but i'll let you know how it looks once its finished and if its any use for other schools.
Thanks

19th May 2008, 09:24 PM #3 You could use the Devizes School booking system. It does both room booking and resource booking. I'm not sure whether you can turn off room booking but either way you could just not add any rooms so people can't mess with that. If you put it on a domain controller then it'll integrate with AD.
Booking System Web Site.

You could go down the line of:
MRBS - free open source however I think once a booking is made, its made
Room Booking System - paid for however bookings can be allowed by an administrator
