    successmaker keyboard freeze

    Hi
    Anybody come across this problem before?
    Pupils using successmaker ok then keyboard freezes, mouse still operates OK.

    I'm new to the job and need help!

    Just had that today.
    I changed it with another keyboard and it was OK
    Don't ask me why, it worked so I wasn't bothered why
