    Can't get sound on Fast Phonics First

    Has anyone got experience of running the web based Fast Phonics First programme please.

    We have tried but the programme proper (it runs OK in Tour mode) won't run with sound. Heineman Tech Help suggest it may be a MP3 blocking situation?

    I raised this question first in 2006!

    Got a resolution then and the programme has been running fine and dandy since - until recently when it lost sound again.

    Tried all the obvious I think, i.e. updated the FlashPlayer, added it to Trusted
    Sites, enabled pop ups, tried in both IE and Firefox, etc. Still no sound?
