You will also need a Windows Server CAL for every student too.

7th January 2010, 02:42 AM #122 With regard to student CALs. I was told some time ago that they were allocated to a single student and were not transferable. i.e we would need to by a CAL for each new year 7 students every year. Can anybody clarify this. Many thanks.

Bit late, but you can transfer CAL's between users/devices once every 90 days. So you can use the same CAL's each year (as long as you don't go over the total number you have).
