Build your PC and add the studio/MX install, once you have it installed add the licence key and activate/register in the normal way.
No close studio/MX and got to c:\documents & settings\your profile\application data\ and copy the macromedia folder to c:\documents and settings\ ALL USERS\application data\.
A macromedia folder will already resisde here so just over right it, I also copy the folder centrally so it can be used on any PC that may not be part of an image i.e. has been installed manually.
When you start studio/mx you will no longer be naggedd to register or add any keys.

Hi Guys,
Just want to say thanks to all your replys!, It looks like the serialazation patch has not applyed properly! 
I added it in as part of your image, but it looks like it has failed for some reason! nevermind, back to the drawing board!

I followed your instruction above, but it doesn't work for me.
After I have sysprep'ed and imaged across to another machine, it has reverted to the same old 'Your trial period has now ended' message on the new machine.
Help!
