Does anyone know an alternative to Scratch?

Looking for a program that is fully compatable with Windows XP and Mircosoft Server 2003 networks.

Anybody know anythink on the market?

Mediator by Matchware is excellent in my opinion as is Gamemaker.

Phrogram looks very interesting, I must look into that.
