    What does the proxy setting bit look like in your config file?

    Ours is like this

    Code:
    <system.net>
        <defaultProxy useDefaultCredentials="true"><proxy usesystemdefault="True" bypassonlocal="False" autoDetect="False" proxyaddress="http://4114proxy.blahblahblah.net:80"/></defaultProxy>
      </system.net>

    That is exactly the same as ours, except for the proxy details of course.

    I'm looking at yours and ours, you have an extra "/" in your config after the 8080 part. Take out the first one, save it, restart the services and try it again

    I might be being blind but what's the service called? Can't see anything obvious.

    Where can the tool be obtained from? I have seen there is one in their documentation, but the link did not work. I did ask Pearson about this tool but never had a response on that!

    The tool is supposedly integrated with the latest version. I installed the previous one first and downloaded the tool for that. Then I ran the upgrade.

    However I attach the tool I originally downloaded

    Thanks for the tool. Passed all the tests other than the service test as it detected as already installed, but importantly the firewall ports seem ok. Just called Pearson back as I have heard nothing back today, waiting for another call back.

    The quickest way of deploying i found was to manually install the sever admin and invigilator parts then use pdq deploy to install the testplayer on 5 classrooms. Only thing i had to edit was the proxy to include http://

    Has anyone managed to arrange a demo test over the phone? I rang up but got told you have to email.

    Cheers
