Has anyone managed to get this working successfully? I lost 3+ hours yesterday when it trashed the existing installation meaning I had to remove and re-install it (twice, due to tech support's first suggestion not resolving the problem).

I'd love to kick it back to the Department, but I don't think that is an option in this instance.
