I have been asked by a school to install/setup the following program > Right On Cue Services - Show|Ready I have a license code for it but when I enter it and click on "Activate" it fails with "network connection encountered an error, please check connection and try again". I am thinking it maybe proxy related as there is no option to enter proxy details, and I don't know if it is pulling the details from IE.
Does that sound about right? Anyone else used this software before?

Thank you for your email. The easiest solution is to try and take the computer to an offsite location such as your home or even a burger King with free Wi-Fi. If you are not able to move the computer below is the information of the IP address and ports we use. If you can whitelist our IP and allow access to the ports you can download the information. Show Ready does not need constant internet to operate fully.
The Ports we use are 80, 5000 and 5001.
184.108.40.206 is the IP. Do the following commands to confirm connectivity:
telnet 220.127.116.11 80
telnet 18.104.22.168 5000
telnet 22.214.171.124 5001
