IMG burn is pretty simple to use but limited. So its helpful for novice users. CD burner XP is more feature packed and better for the more advanced users.

    +1 for Infrarecorder and ImgBurn.

ImgBurn is really easy to learn to use.
Infrarecorder has some additional features which are useful (converting .wavs to an Audio CD, etc)
