We have Sibelius installed on one of our servers. Now i know that when we install the client you have to tell it the ip address of the server.Well over the summer we change the whole scope for our network. So now the clients cant find the server.
Does anyone know how we can fix this quick without having to reinstall the client again?

second network connection on the old IP number until you get round to reinstalling the client, unless there's a reason why the server can't carry on using the old number for a short space of time?

You need to ensure you have told the Sibelius server to dish out licences to the new IP range and support access to it from the new IP range.
Also to change the clients licence server pointing, open a client as an admin and then when it times out it should say confirm the server and this point you can wack in the new IP.
Worked for me on V4 of Sibelius.
