Unblock Prezi in Websense
Hi,
I'm banging my head against the wall trying to allow access to Prezi for our pupils.
We are using Web Security 7.7. I've added the following to an exception
https://prezi.com
http://prezi-a.akamaihd.net/
Prezi - Ideas matter.
Prezi - Ideas matter.
http://cloudfront.net
http://cloudfront.net:443
http://s3.amazonaws.com
http://s3.amazonaws.com:443
http://akamaihd.net
http://akamaihd.net:443
http://cdn.optimizely.com
http://cdn.optimizely.com:443
Pupils can get to the login page but after entering their credentials a 'page cannot be displayed' error occurs. (Not the Websense block page)
Can anyone help?
Many thanks
Sarah

Many thanks, that really helped, I was able to see that the 'Personal Network Storage and Backup' protocol was blocked and not allowing Prezi to run.

11th January 2013, 11:37 AM #8 You should be abel to determine the exact URL that's eing blcoked and then add it to an allowed custom filter component under user-defined.
