Unblock Prezi in Websense

Hi,

I'm banging my head against the wall trying to allow access to Prezi for our pupils.

We are using Web Security 7.7. I've added the following to an exception

Pupils can get to the login page but after entering their credentials a 'page cannot be displayed' error occurs. (Not the Websense block page)

Can anyone help?

forget :443 , change it to https...

In fact you can forget http:\\ https:\\ all together and just have the url

Last time i looked at this I think i had to unblock codes.google or similar.

Thanks for your reply, I tried this but it hasn't worked.

do a report on what is blocked using a test user, investigative reports.

Many thanks, that really helped, I was able to see that the 'Personal Network Storage and Backup' protocol was blocked and not allowing Prezi to run.

You should be abel to determine the exact URL that's eing blcoked and then add it to an allowed custom filter component under user-defined.
