SIMS reason code:0 intermittent.
Good Afternoon all,
I am having a problem at one of my schools where SIMS has been re-installed using simsinst.exe - Intermittently they receive the reason code 0 upon login to SIMS.Net. It is a strange one as I know the logins are correct and I know the connect.ini is correct.
Sometimes they can get in without an issue, other times they cannot login, has anyone else had this problem? Do any of you know why this might be happening?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Darren

Only one I can see that would happen intermittently is the space on partition one. Is there any chance it's nearly full, and sometimes topping over the limit? Seems all the rest of the reasons, would be either working, or broke all the time

I have already tried all of the steps laid out in that article
and the partition has 11.4gb free.
Thanks,
Darren

Copying the file (or content of the file) from a PC that does connect ok usually sorts it for me.

We used to have this when the database was under load, and a reindex did the trick.

Hi Eddy,
This sounds a little more promising, where can I obtain the patch or indeed run the re-index?
