To support the delivery of these services, the Trust is looking to implement and develop an integrated Knowledge Management System. The system will focus on four key work streams:
- File plans and records management
- Intranet development
- Web-site development
These work streams will enable the procurement of a strategic information system that will support staff in accessing and utilising key knowledge and information productively for business purposes.
To take forward this exciting development the Trust is looking to recruit a number of posts that will contribute to this programme of work.
This role is based around the support of amendments, changes and revisions to the InTouch intranet and other web based applications as required, and to provide technical input to the KMS Programme and associated activities regarding SharePoint (MOSS2007) and other trust web applications. This will therefore involve

o Updating/amending the configuration of the application to meet user requirements
o Updating amending the application to ensure that it is robust and supported by the software supplier (including but not restricted to applying patches etc to the system).
o Providing input and support to assist the overall project to meet its objectives
