We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy ICT Department. You will learn on the job, gaining valuable work experience, whilst learning and training towards ITQ Level 2.
Your duties will include: logging helpdesk calls and enquires; providing first line support for students and staff; helping to ensure the e safety of students in the College; supporting the development of the ICT network and associated service; and general duties.
You will need to be eager to learn, have the ability to adapt, work independently and work as part of a team. You must possess GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
