ICT Technician/Technical Support Specialist (Helpdesk) - £16,700.00 - £26,883.00 p.a
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work within a fast growing organisation based in South Croydon as either a FULL TIME ICT Technician or Technical Support Specialist.
The main focus of this position is to provide technical helpdesk support to schools’ curriculum systems. You will mainly be based in the office managing (dependant on experience), supervising and acting as 1st to 3rd line support (dependant on experience) on the helpdesk. There will be times where you are required to make site visits and get involved in projects as necessary.

-1 years supporting and administering a MS Windows Server 2003/XP Pro network
-MS TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
-Basic Networking infrastructure - cabling, routers, switches
-MS Office applications
-NT Backup, Veritas/Symantec BackupExec
-Symantec and Sophos enterprise antivirus products
