2nd/3rd line Support Technician (Education)

2nd/3rd line Support Technician, Client Server networks. Other advantageous skills include Exchange, SQL Server, VMWare, Symantec Backup Exec, VLAN, AD. The successful candidate will be a well-motivated team player with excellent troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnostic skills. The role is to support a user base of 1000+ and 500+ PC/laptops. You must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Client Server networks. Any experience in the education sector would be an advantage.
