IT Systems Admin now redundant

Hi Guys & Girls,

The place I work has just entered into Administration, so I am now finding my self looking for alternative employment! :eek:

I quite fancy the idea of working in the Education sector, But from reading around these forums and other places, there does not seem to be many ICT technician/ Admin vacancies near me at all!

I live in Yeovil, Somerset but I am now trying to relocate to Dorset as that area seems to have a much better job ratio than Yeovil!

Has anyone seen any vacancies recently in my area?

Certainly havent seen anything in Dorset mate, but I will keep my eyes out for you.

Contact a local school an volunteer some time. As the main thing that could go against you is lack of education experience.

To put this into context a local network admin job here (which was term time only + 4 weeks) had 18 people apply.
