£38500 pro rata, which means you can chop it from 48 weeks a year to 30 weeks (2 month summer hols, 1 month easters, 1 month christmases etc).
Essentially the pay is £23750 (or there abouts) before tax. Not a bad job still!
I doubt it'll be term time only... I think it's Tauntons College at a guess, Tauntons College although i'm not 100% sure...
Looks like a good job!:D
