Job Title; ICT Service Delivery Manager
Scale; PO2 (£28,862 – £31,348 pay award pending)
Full Time 36 ½ hrs per week
We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to join our Support Services Section to lead, manage and develop our whole school ICT service delivery. Reporting to Leadership Group you will be responsible for the strategic planning and day to day management of all aspects of the service delivery to the business with a focus on customer service.
You will possess the ability to plan for the future as we move toward Academy status and transition toward a “managed service” on completion of our new building in 2012 and beyond. You will possess a broad range of high level interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively both in and outside the organisation. You will have a wide range of experience in managing all aspects of an ICT Service with a focus on ITIL compliant help desks or BECTA FITS Framework.
A cheerful, flexible and strongly customer focused approach that consistently demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude is required with the ability to communicate clearly with clients in a language they understand is essential.
