Salary: £26,194 to £30,343 pa incl. with potential to progress to £32,658 pa incl.

LSE is a cosmopolitan community in the centre of London focusing on the study of the social sciences. With a centralised delivery model IT Services provides information technology and communications services to 10,000 staff and student users.
The School's IT support for academic and research students is delivered by three teams. As part of one of these teams, you will provide a range of IT support activities including the installation and maintenance of hardware, software and peripherals in a networked Windows environment. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills, with a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving problems.
You will have knowledge and experience of MS Office and other commonly used desktop applications, remote assistance software (ideally logmein) and logging calls concisely and accurately in a service desk system (Support Works).
