ICT Support Specialist Christchurch and East Dorset Councils x 2
The Christchurch and East Dorset Councils Partnership has successfully brought together its ICT infrastructure and service teams. To further improve the performance and levels of service received by the Councils the partnership is recruiting two Service Desk Support Specialists to contribute to the delivery of the ICT Service Desk.
The ICT Service supports 500 plus employees and Councillors across 12 sites. The successful applicants will be customer service focused and possess the necessary technical knowledge to maintain service provision.
The post holder will be expected to work from both Furzehill and the Civic Offices and be able to travel between various sites as required.
The successful candidate will benefit from on-going training and the opportunity to influence the development of the ICT Service.
