Bournemouth University is a vibrant and international institution and core to our vision is an excellent staff and student experience. We have an opportunity for a professional to join our Organisational and Staff Development Team and contribute to the design and delivery of a service that supports the University’s Vision and Strategic Plan.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience of working in a complex organisation. You will be in a position to undertake a management role in delivering key strategic projects within our People Strategy. Firstly, you will have the experience to manage and enhance our Staff Intranet, an online environment for staff collaboration, communication and information. Secondly, you will have project management experience that will support the development and implementation of a number of staff development and engagement projects.
We are looking for someone who has significant experience in developing and managing a staff intranet and experience of planning and managing projects in an organisational context. You will be comfortable working with and influencing staff at all levels of the organisation.
You will have an appreciation of the benefits of engaging staff through online environments and the need to deliver projects on time and within budget.
If you enjoy a challenge, have excellent project management skills, the flexibility to respond to the needs of individuals, teams and the organisation, and the creativity and energy to identify ways to engage staff through online environments, we would be interested to receive your application.
