Main Purpose of Post:
An exciting opportunity to identify and provide leadership in using technology to address the challenges facing the delivery of education in a large, sparsely populated rural county.
To provide leadership and vision in designing, developing and managing the implementation, operation and content on the Powys VLE, working with the Powys Schools ICT Strategy group, PCC ICT Governance Group, learning providers and other service areas as appropriate.
To implement the actions identified in the Powys Schools ICT Strategy covering 3-19 e-learning and pedagogical developments.
