A highly successful education IT/ICT company (not RM) experiencing good organic growth who support schools in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire region requires a highly enthusiastic Senior Technical Engineer/Support Manager/Service Delivery Manager/ex Network Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of advanced networking experience with team leading and business thinking as the role would include managing client's technical needs and a small technical team working within their own business unit. You will need a good mix of these technical skills - Windows 2008 Server, Virtualisation, MCSE, DNS, Active directory, Exchange, Helpdesk software, SIMS, possibly Prince2 and ITIL knowledge. Would be desirable to have previous management experience in the education sector (e.g appraisals, reporting, training, mentoring, monitoring, P&L) or someone ready to take on that responsibility. £30-£33k negotiable, full travel paid based near Oxford.
