I have an opening for an ICT Technician to start in the Summer. One of my team is turning to the darkside and becoming a teacher for some bizarre reason?

Unfortunately I do not set the salaries although this role is really aimed at someone who has been in a more junior role for a while and is looking for a step up... With this in mind, and based on some of the other positions advertised here, I don't think it's that that far off?
