May I ask why the other post is available? Are you being replaced by two people?

Is there any reason why the Network Support Engineer job description asks for a graduate but the Network Manager job doesn't?

Almost three in fact as we have a new internal appointment of a Director of IT from September, however, the support engineer post is to replace the position of my assistant which has been vacant for some while.
