Digital e-learning content provider with extensive UK educational client base requires someone with excellent customer service, project and account management skills to implement their product in client sites across the UK. The ideal candidate will manage client implementations bringing together various groups eg. Technical, sales, operations, training and editorial/production to deliver an efficient and exceptional experience for their customers. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge of the UK education sector, their business processes and technology architecture probably from working within an e-learning, audio visual, VLE, educational content or curriculum software organisation. You will be expected to travel on occasion and potentially overnight stays.
