Technical Support Representative – London

We are looking for technical support representatives to provide first and second line helpdesk support to customers (mainly schools) on technical issues.

We will be expecting you to enhance and increase the existing customer relation’s team’s technical knowledge to enable them to handle queries at first level of customer support.

We will also require you to build technical knowledge base (and develop necessary interface/tools) as reference information at first level of support

Essential Skills:
In depth knowledge of Windows operating systems,Knowledge of networks, TCP/IP, WAN and proxy servers, Knowledge of school network systems (preferably (RM, Winsuite, CC3, CC4 Ranger, ), Database/Goldmine/HEAT knowledge an advantage, Technical Help desk / support experience.

Desirable Skills and knowledge:
Some knowledge/exposure to Linux, Basic understanding of Web servers; apache, IIS, experience with VLE’s like, Moodle, Frog, Fronter etc.
