Excellent North London Education Establishment requires a desktop support team leader with experience of managing technicians delivering an excellent support desk function to support teaching and learning. You will be responsible for making sure issues do not impact on the normal running of IT services, manage technicians work load, monitor performance, manage licensing, escalate bigger problems to the projects team, help manage sims, work with projects team on new initiatives etc. This will require someone with IT service desk management experience, windows 7 and office 2010, server 2008, exchange, AD, dns, tcp/ip, dhcp, wide ranging knowledge of windows server and desktop technologies, peripherals, cabling, voip, cat5 etc. Any experience with sims, macs, vmware, virtualisation would be highly advantageous
