MIS support specialist required with indepth knowledge of the sims suite of softwares including Core, attendance, lesson monitor, reporting, census, workforce census, end of year routines, technical and fms. Any knowledge of the secondary modules of assessment, exams, nova would be highly advantageous. This is primarily a helpdesk support role, giving 1st to 2nd line support and escalating 3rd line calls to third party companies and providing pro-active user support on sims and fms, census, workforce return, key stage returns, updates, fixes and functionality etc. CRB clearance and rigorous referencing will be required as this is an education based role.
