You need good alround networking and desktop support skills and in return you will have access to some pretty good hardware and software including 20 odd servers carrying the Serco Learning VLE product, get involved in a cmis to sims migration, work on the Microstoft Learning Gateway including Exchange and a host of other products. The salary starts at £18K+ and will depend on your technical skills. You will have 25 days holiday plus 7 extra days, pension, life assurance etc
