IT Support Executive Job in Leicester - Jobsite
We are looking for someone who has a sound knowledge of Windows XP Pro, Windows 7, Windows server 2003, 2008 and SQL.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* supporting the LCFC IT users and the IT Manager
*support and maintenance of the network Infrastructure
*installing and upgrading workstations /printers and other products
*recording and maintaining the IT helpdesk log
*assisting where required with system upgrades
*maintenance of the Club's firewall and anti-virus software
*smart phone setup and support
*hardware and Microsoft licensing tracking
*shadowing the IT Manager to cover in their absence
This is a challenging role and requires someone who is very customer focused, adaptable and is a proven "can do" problem solver. An ability to work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines is essential.
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a close team with the IT Manager with minimal supervision and possess excellent attention to detail. You must be able to communicate positively with customers and staff at all levels, solving problems in a confident and knowledgeable way.
Previous experience in a similar role with a clean driving license is essential and working knowledge of See360 would be an advantage.
