I was really interested in this one but they had specific software in essential category, like office communicator 2007 and they said you had to know all software on the essential list

Was vmware view as well, though I pick software up very quickly

I would be a little more wary of applying without VMware experience, it's quite a core part of the job if they use it for most servers so I would say that is quite a big gap that is vital to the environment.

It's an FE college. Excellent place to work. I was IT manager there 10 years ago.
