Installation Engineer
:idea: A leading schools software organisation based in Derby is looking for a schools experienced technician with excellent customer service skills and communication skills to join its team of installation engineers. Software in the portfolio includes a VLE and an MIS. You will be principally based in Derby and must be able to get there regularly but then you will be expected to travel to a variety of customer sites to provide Data Transfer, technical installation, collecting data (in SQL), Troubleshoot issues with software and data, provide management reports and documentation.
You will form close bonds with sales and customer services and have a keen interest in Databases, SQL, Access and working with software.
