Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an ICT Technician/Manager who will be responsible for the maintenance of computer equipment throughout the College – in both academic and non-academic areas - for the resolution of technical problems, to support academic and non-academic management and to promote the use of ICT across the College. The ICT Technician/Manager will also play a part in the planning and development of ICT provision. There are currently c.150 pcs on three separate networks.

The College uses Capita software for its academic and bursarial management and the successful candidate will need to have a working knowledge of Capita software and network management.
