    I would suggest you revise the salary, I'm a network manager in leeds, and I get paid about 10k more than you're offering, we are advertising a senior tech post on £19,500 to £21,800..

    I think that wage is okay... as it doesn't ask for an experiance NM... a experianced tech could apply.

    Would make a nice step ladder for someone..
