HYMS makes extensive use of IT to enable staff and students to communicate and work effectively across a number of sites. You will join a small team providing IT support to a wide range of users throughout the School.

You will be the first point of contact for users, helping to resolve IT problems and tracking calls using a helpdesk. You will be involved in a range of operational and administrative duties within the Network Service Team. We expect a strong customer focus, commitment to quality, a logical approach to problem solving and excellent communication skills. You will have a relevant vocational qualification or experience and be familiar with using PCs and common software applications e.g. Microsoft Office Suite.
