A collegue of mine is looking for a software support person to help users via a helpdesk system on the use of a brand of curriculum software. Great job for someone with strong communication skills and a customer service ethic and keen to develop their software support skills. Not going to be suitable for someone with strong networking or ICT support skills already as they will feel limited
