An ICT Technician position is becoming available for a September start.

We provide ICT Support Services to Primary schools in Lancashire, which includes regular visits and ICT/ AV installations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing (preferably within schools) capacity, and will be competent in providing desktop and peripherals support (primarily xpp), within a W2K3 Active Directory environment, (although we will provide extra support and training re: server config. as required). Familiarity with Moodle would be an added bonus.

S/he will also have a sound knowledge and relevant experience of supporting AV equipment in classrooms.

It goes without saying that an Enhanced CRB check will be done.

The job requires the successful candidate to travel between our customers premises, so s/he will have his/her own transport, for which a generous mileage allowance is given.

Payscale is £13,000 - £18,000. Starting salary depending on experience.
39 hrs/ Mon - Fri NOT FTE
25 - 30 days paid holidays + BH
