My client is a leading ICT managed service provider, heavily involved in BSF and Academies. We are looking for a Schools experienced server and desktop 2nd line technician to provide effective high level technical support to their Academy Client, for server, network Infrastructure and desktop/laptop issues. To communicate effectively with the School and manage technical queries calls in line with company standards and / or customer specific SLA’s. For this role you need to be a good communicator and have great customer facing skills, as you will occasionally need to assist teacher's and kids with their queries.
