IT tech vacancy at my school, replacing a technician who is retiring, part of a team of 5 in IT Support. Lots of new equipment coming in! Life in September should be a whole lot easier/simpler/better. If you have any questions or comments please post or PM me.

Cheney School - ICT Technician
Cheney School is seeking to appoint a proactive and experienced ICT Technician to join our friendly team who provide support to staff and students. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and work well in a demanding but stimulating environment and appreciate the importance of giving excellent customer service to all members of our learning community.
This is a full time post for 37 hours a week, starting immediately, with 24 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) (32 days including Bank Holidays). Salary will be at Grade 6 (Points 18-21) £16,991 - £18,937 per annum.
You will be a member of our ICT Team involved in the general support and maintenance of all ICT systems. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical skills with a sound knowledge of desktops and laptops
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills and the ability to be flexible.
- A working knowledge of Apple Macs is desirable but not essential.
- The ability to work under pressure
- Successful candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal Record Check.

Full time leave entitlement is now a minimum 28 days, which can include Bank Holidays.
It's not clear if you are giving 24 days plus Bank Holidays (effectively 32 days a year), 24 days and they work BH's (which would be below the legal minimum), or some other arrangement.

24 days not including the days everyone gets off for bank holidays
... so total
32 days holiday including bank holidays
