A collegue of mine has a great long contract to fill asap
Technical Support Analyst - up 18 months contract - £12-18ph
Technical Support Analyst required for long term contract to provide pro-active support to various UK based education clients during a period of software and data migration. You will provide 3rd line service support via remote access, implement process' based on ITIL and FITS, provide a high level of customer support during a period of change and support other area's of the business in terms of ICT.
You will have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of school systems from working within a schools environment, Ideally have good sims or other mis knowledge (cmis, pheonix, integris), have good all-round enterprise network experience, be a strong communicator and have great time management skills
Rate will be dependent on experience and whether you will be a paye temp or ltd company contractor. A discussion on this can be done once you have forwarded your cv.
